Client Service Representative
We are looking for an organized, multi-tasking friendly person to join the team at our busy, Small Animal Hospital.
We are a family oriented practice, and provide a respectful and enjoyable environment for all of our employees. We thrive to earn the respect and trust of our clients, not only through the medical needs of their pets, but also by treating the clients just as well as we treat our patients. We are looking for a strong individual to maintain this vision at the forefront of our clinic.
The position will be favored to applicants who are great with customer service and have past experience dealing with many different client or customers a day. A well suited candidate will be fast-paced, multi-tasked, and show a great deal of customer service.
You should also be willing to learn the basics needed to work as a receptionist - while maintaining a cheerful, inviting attitude towards the clients. Some duties which are associated with this position are answering phone-calls on multiple lines, scheduling appointments, answering basic questions, maintaining patient charts, weighing in-patients, invoicing and other office related duties.
Employment type: Part time/Full time with one weekend/month.
